if you hadn’t noticed, I’ve been doing a fair amount of researching for woodland inspiration lately.  we’re going for a kid-friendly industrial forest theme in the baby’s room, to kind of tie into the decor of the rest of our home.

I found these little guys today from Eve’s Little Earthlings and thought they were super cute!!  I especially love the tree branch.

this forest critters rug is pretty darn cute.  even though we already bought a rug, I’m wishing there was space in our tiny baby room / office for this one too! {although I don’t remember seeing a giraffe or a whale in the forest last time I was there!}

I’ve posted about Ann Wood and her little birds many times on Unruly Things but seriously… how cute would one of these birds on a boat be in a nursery?  if you want one, act fast.  her little birds tend to sell out in seconds!

I love this print from Neighborhood Studio!  doesn’t the geometric quality of the animals remind you of origami?
