baby moccasins

while I’ve been cruising through my baby blanket and becoming a expert at crochet, I haven’t touched my knitting needles. something about using two {or even three!} needles makes me a bit hesitant to dive in. but oh my goodness, the cuteness of these little baby moccasins has me wishing I had!! maybe I’ll convince grandma to whip them up for me.

These are super cute! I would love to have my mom whip up some for me too. Is there a pattern somewhere that I can purchase? Thanks for the great post!

I have seen these and love them every time I do! I hear it’s easy, but I have always been a little intimidated by DPNs.

Those are super cute. They don’t look terribly difficult, and knitting on double pointed needles is fun!

um, OMG WHERE HAVE I BEEN????
Not reading blogs, obviously. Congratulations Alyson!!!! I’m soooooo excited for you. So so so so. And tickled that you’re having a little dude. Heart swelling over here.
I love these booties too. Part of my plan for 2011 is to (re)learn to knit/crochet. So I can make these for the next baby, of course. I think Dashiell might be a little old for them at this point.
Love that we get to follow your progress over here.
